Excellent introduction, which has got me thinking of implementations of the teaching in my own daily work already

Good interaction with the group and there was a nice mix of theory with the practical with the lego planes to show impact in process improvements

Very good session overall. It was not easy for the trainer with such a large group. But David facilitated and engaged with all of the attendees really well with great eye contact. There were a large number of slides. As the session is limited to 3 hours, I think it would be helpful to have fewer slides that are relevant. Also some of the slides looked very busy with a lot of text. The lego sessions were very interesting and helped showing live examples of losses, money made etc.

David was a very engaging and humourous trainer. He provides good examples for terms covered in the slide deck. The simulation was an excellent method of demonstrating how workflows can be easily improved.

The course was fun, and building LEGO planes is a great tool to present how changes to process make impact on productivity. However, the presenter had a rather strict scenario of phases and what changes were implemented when. It would be great if there was some kind of flexibility, so more improvements to the process could be called out and implemented at any one stage. Unless there was a reason behind doing it in a slower pace than we could. also, It would be better if there were enough LEGO sets and training was done in other surroundings so more people could participate in the practical part of the exercise. Another thing is that as much as the planes example made sense for improvements to production lines, it would be nice to have something more relevant to office environment.

Course was a very good introduction to the practical principles of Lean. Could have used more targeted examples for the service industry as opposed to manufacturing to relate back to our field but Aidan was an excellent trainer who explained all the concepts in a way which was accessible to all.
