Attendees particularly value the knowledgeable, patient trainers, who explain gritting and ploughing clearly, make theory practical and create a relaxed, enjoyable learning environment. They appreciate the calm pace, detailed guidance, opportunities to ask questions and discuss real-life examples, together with well-presented materials.
