Joe Morgan was very approachable and friendly which made me feel very safe throughout the training.

The trainer was very friendly and informing and explains everything very well

The Lantra slides were hard to understand without Jo’s help I would’ve struggled through the course. But with her experience and expertise in the industry she has helped me and everyone in the class come to a complete understanding of the subject matter.
