The trainer (Andy) was clear and asked us if we wasn't clear with anything or couldn't understand anything so he could explain it again which was really good. I learnt a lot from this basic TTMBC course which I liked. Good presentation and the trainer came through quite friendly.

Trainer was very helpful and got everyone involved. Made everything on the course easy to understand
