Making detailed course content easy to understand is the course’s clearest strength: attendees consistently describe knowledgeable, approachable trainers who explain information clearly, revisit difficult points and answer questions patiently. They find the sessions informative, relaxed and enjoyable, with interactive worksheets, relevant workbooks and well-spaced breaks supporting learning. The structured delivery helps them retain knowledge, complete exercises and feel prepared for the test and their work.

i would be far happier doing the coarse in a classroom rather than on line
andy was efficient, understanding and really took the time to explain and expand upon questions asked. although we were given 4/5 pages of useful material DURING the exam, i would have liked to be able to view the full slideshow as there was 1 or 2 minor things that had slipped my mind during my revision time.
