Richard’s ability to make dense course content clear, approachable and engaging is the standout strength attendees describe. They value his industry knowledge, patient explanations, humour and willingness to answer questions, which build confidence for the assessment and improve understanding of responsibilities and design considerations at work. Reviews also praise the well-structured delivery, supportive atmosphere, good facilities and useful refreshers on changes, although some feel the amount of material would benefit from more time.
