The consultant is quite knowledgeable and she used some interesting methodologies and approaches in delivering this subject

LBTC is a great team and the experience before and during the class was brilliant. I felt really the customer focus. I could only suggest having more balance in the knowledge of participants to avoid frustration. Maybe some “prerequisites” in terms of skills and knowledge might help to achieve this goal.

This was a very useful course to embed the theory and I will go back to the course material often to ensure I am following the process in my daily work on delivering change projects.

Top location with nice meeting rooms. Well connected to London, it’s very close to Hammersmith railway station.

Limited varieties on food

The environment, location and training rooms are very good but there is no variety of food and what they serve is not good
