Simon was very polite and extremely informative, answered and questions we asked . Was very calm and welcoming , explained everything in depth we needed to know and point us in the right directions . Would highly recommend Simon 👌
The balance of constructive criticism too praise was noticeable, if something wrong was done, we was asked why we think it could be wrong, aswell as a potential solution to fix said problem. His instructions were detailed, thorougher and explained. He also made sure to make sure everyone understood what to do and more importantly why it’s done.
The assessor was very eloquent and articulated facts and the course structure in a very simplified manner. He is an asset to the organisation. Very impressed.
