Clear, patient guidance is the course’s distinctive strength: attendees say knowledgeable assessors explain requirements and safer working practices in straightforward language, answer questions thoroughly and use constructive feedback to correct mistakes. They describe relaxed, friendly and engaging sessions, with a well-organised pace that keeps learning easy to follow, alongside useful classroom resources and practical, well-run road exercises. The training leaves them more confident, competent and ready to work safely.
