The trainer was brilliant. Knowledgeable, helpful, put calming as I can get nervous and anxious with test. But I enjoyed it.
Course went really well also the assessor explained everything perfectly and was really helpful
Any negative aspects of this were more as a lack of preparation from my employer rather than anything from training provider. Provider materials themselves were more than up to expected standard
