Course was very good and very helpful the instructor was also very good and very helpful when explaining first aid there was a lot to take in about first aid and the changes that have been made in the past 3 years

Highly recommend this course, all company’s should have first aides and this is the place to have the training done, Stefan Hickman is very knowledgeable in what he does and makes it easy to understand.

I have been refreshed again, been great couple of days with Stefan, excellent instructor and really makes things clear, he also has a good sense of humour which is great, really enjoyed it and happy to use my first aid experience wherever and whenever needed, thanks Stefan 😊

I would say Stefan has been the best instructor I have had over all types of courses I have taken. Very Well delivered Course was interesting, informative and enjoyable and has made me think about looking into a more in depth/detailed course
