Richard is full of knowledge and a great instructor overall. Explains everything in great detail and knows how to have a laugh at the same time, serious when he needs to be but knows a few good jokes 🤣

Keith was very professional, very clear, knowledge excellent and explained extra if you needed it. Demonstration very good. Overall he puts you at ease and makes the course enjoyable. Lunch was excellent rolls, sandwiches and wraps very nice. Reception staff on both days made you welcome.

Keith was great. Really informative and eager to help us understand and feel comfortable with each section as the course progressed.
