Keith was our instructor for our 2 day first aid refresher course. I found Keith had superb knowledge of the course material. He was very approachable and always making time for any questions we had after he had covered a section of course material. Keith had superb interaction with us learners and his teaching style had a good amount of learner led learning. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and it was good to refresh my first aid knowledge and also to learn what changes there had been in the last 3 years. Would not hesitate to recommend Albacare and Keith to anyone who was considering enrolling for a first aid course.
Enjoyable refresher, good mix of practical and theory. Easy learning with Keith, gave the room a relaxed atmosphere, felt comfortable to ask questions even if they seem daft. Overall very happy and pleased with how the course went
