Quite pleasantly surprised, if that's not too insulting! Expected a very dry and easily forgettable powerpoint show but actually I found the session engaging, informative and interesting.
Response: We love it when our sessions surprise delegates and this is not insulting at all! We do things differently here and try to make the sessions as interactive and engaging as possible in small groups, as insurance is a fascinating subject!

This was a really useful training session for someone who is new to the insurance industry. It was engaging and interactive which made it really easy to follow. The trainer explained everything really well and was patient with the whole group. I am looking forward to the next one!

The trainer was outstanding - really approachable and down to earth and managed to make the whole session good fun. Great about remembering names etc. and getting everyone involved.
