i liked the chance to ask questions about the work

I think the facilitator Maureen is fantastic - knowledgeable, approachable, helpful, all the things you would want. My issue I guess is around the number of people on the course, it can get a little chaotic, and people are travelling at different speeds which has made me feel a little uneasy/overwhelmed.

Finally, understand the assignment up to and including the Johari Window What i do after that is anyones guess, but i'm not eating the elephant whole, small bits only
