Great course, thoroughly enjoyed the course, good theory and practical content. Keith is a fantastic trainer and a top guy.

This was my first training course and I was impressed with the quality of the trainer and all of the exercises that we went through. I definitely would recommend this course for anybody without prior knowledge as the structure of learning was great and thorough.

Keith Miller was an excellent trainer, he was very knowledgeable about standards and even very specific details about the sterilization processes and commonly known faults with the autoclaves in general. Overall a really pleasant experience.

Ray was professional, knowledgeable & approachable. I would highly recommend.

Only criticism would be that more blank paper may be needed for note taking. (as someone who is new to the industry)
