The time allotted seems to be just right, if not in the virtual format. I think the course is really difficult on virtual format due to the assistance needed by the participants. There are so many factors that have to be taken into consideration during virtual labs, e.g., various machines used by the participants that proves to be challenging in trouble shooting, participants have varying experience and poor network connections.

Enjoyed the course overall, but would have liked more hands-on lab work. Also, I cannot access www.coursework.com through my corporate network because our network considers the site unsafe

Some technical glitches with the lab such as frozen cursors, hidden screens, etc.

This course was perfect for meeting a gap in my network skills. Ken Cutler is an excellent instructor and has an extensive background that applies to each student's environment. I feel better prepared and now plan to take the CISSP or a cloud security certification. Course facilities were excellent, as were the lunches. Don't change anything.
