Tech issues were a pain, lack of response from Trigraph was poor on these, some users constantly having trouble getting in, Not having chat rooms on day 1 is a basic a this stage and was disruptive. Trainer appeared weary at times and could've drawn out more feedback, While I would recommend this training I'm not sure I'd recommend Trigraph or the trainer.
Mike was a engaging trainer and found him accommodating to all questions! Would love the opportunity to do this in person but it still worked well virtually!
We could streamline the course a bit, either by - 1. Separating the course into 2 courses - predictive and agile, so people interested in learning agile over predictive get the option to focus on topic they are interested in. I understand some of the concepts in predictive are fundamental, but they can be embedded before starting Agile. 2. Shortening the time spent on predictive to 1 day, or adding 1 day to the existing course to spend some more time on Agile
Would benefit from an in-person experience, I felt we lost engagement towards the end of the days which Mike tried his best to get back but people were becoming withdrawn. Very engaging presenter - Mike related the theory to practice and gave us practical examples that were relevant to our day-to-day. He attempted to relate the teaching to the Wayfair environment and created a culture where questions were encouraged and he was open to being challenged on things.
Mike was super adjusting his training to this new virtual world that it had to be deployed in.
Response: Thank you laura, glad you enjoyed it.
Extremely well delivered by Mike Lane. The only feedback i would give is that the course was delivered over 'video conference' & connectivity was a challenge. I have found in the past that it is beneficial to give more time for virtual delivery!
Response: Hi Anthony, thank you for your comments, I will pass them on to Mike, Regards Lesley
Obvious barriers due to being held digitally but Mike was fantastic in delivering over these difficulties and really provided some value.
Response: Eliott, thank you for your comments.
