Very interesting course, look forward to putting it into practice. Will need the booklet though as we went through so many hints and tips.
Excellent course - enjoyable - a lot of new info to digest and hopefully use.
Great course. Would be even better if some of the examples cpuld be contextualised eg to NHS but I realise that's a tall order for every course
