Excellent practice activities

I thought the trainer was brilliant. The pace was quite quick so you could maybe fall behind if you weren't confident.

Gained better understanding and had a great teacher.

I thought Sal was excellent- her energy was brilliant and her ability to relate it back to our roles and experience was invaluable. Possibly a test before the training would have made sure attendees were of a similar starting point.

Sal was very helpful throughout this course and was able to help each trainee in the session if they were stuck on one of the subjects
