Really engaging session, lots of opportunity for questions and reflection

Learnt some good techniques in becoming a 'coach'. This also allowed me to self reflect on my own self given that my scoring to 'management behaviors' scored me as a Accidental diminisher- areas to look at within my own reflection.

Enjoying the course. Time is always an issue!

Learning a lot of new ways to improve all round, really creative sessions engaging to find out more or the best way to achieve more. Really happy with everyone's support especially Sarah. Everything is going well.
