Maureen continues to inspire the cohort through her words of wisdom, questioning approach and engaging style. She has a knack of getting people involved and working together to share their stories, everyone is excited about the future and planning their next moves.

The session went well and I am enjoying the dynamics of the group.

I feel that overall training structure and pace is great. I would like further training in leadership to expand my knowledge. we cover a lot in the training, but would like more days for this training. Its brilliant.

Maureen's pace is excellent, allowing time for reflection over the course of the day. The 'lightbulb' moments for me each day/session have been insightful and are helping to deepen my understanding of where I am and where I need to be to move on not only successfully but happily and confidently into a new role. I'm not there yet but moving in the right direction.

Always happy to learn with happy, its safe place where no question is silly and I can share my experience even if they are not so great.

i really enjoy the structure of the training, the use of surveys, breakout rooms and online collaboration tools like canva are great. i like the fact that i can ask questions as and when i need too.

Facilitator makes the sessions very interactive and it makes the learning experience really good. He is approachable and easy to speak to and makes the learning a lot easier.
