I thought this self reflective session was very interesting.
The workshop was interactive and insightful. The facilitators allowed space for questions and clarity to be sought and engaged well with us.
I really enjoyed the session on the 14th December, 2021. I found the break out rooms really supportive and the other learners engaging. I enjoyed engaging with the facilitators and drawing on their knowledge and applications of aspects of self awareness.

Thoroughly enjoyed this session. Felt welcomed by the group and by Michael. Interesting subject matter. Pace was good, explanation and interaction was excellent.
Really enjoying the course so far. Michael is very patient and understanding of everyone's needs. Our sessions have had a good mix of group work, presenting and individual work. I have found the sessions engaging and feel comfortable to ask anything I'm not sure on.
I felt the course went well, and I I felt I was included considering I not part of this group
