Michael is an amazing teacher/mentor. Amazing listener, very responsive, shows a great level of understanding, shows empathy. Makes the sessions fun and is very engaging.

I really enjoyed this session, I did something I was initially wasn't sure of doing but I ended up enjoying it and finding it useful.
Michael is a great facilitator, the sessions are really engaging with a range of different tasks not just listening to a PowerPoint. The course feels challenging and sometimes out of my comfort zone but I really enjoy every session. It is a real highlight of my week.

Love every session of this ILM. Sarah makes sure everyone is involved as they'd like to be and is a really great motivator for work. I want to get started on assignments straight after our sessions. She is extremely clear and really helpful if we do not understand anything.
