Yesterday I was talking to a colleague about our school's health insurance. She mentioned that you could get a health and wellness "MOT" with the provider once a year. Last night's workshop with Dr Kiran felt like a "MOT" for my brain. Thank you for provoking me into thinking more deeply about my mental wellbeing.

The workshop confirmed a lot of things I already knew and do in regards to mental wellness. It was very good for staff who need to concentrate more on how they can modify their mindset to be able to cope with work-related stress.

I loved this workshop because it really does give practical and useful techniques for ever day life. The strategies and tips can be shared with students, family, friends, parents etc. This is definitely a training I will remember :)

Really enjoyed this wellness course. If anything I would have liked it to be a bit longer so we had more time to share and learn more. The strategies that we were given were great. Dr Kiran had excellent communication skills and a very engaging presentation style. The course gave me the opportunity for a mental 'check in' that I need to identify areas of my life that are lacking and some ways that I can improve and focus in on those areas. Great course, would recommend.

I found that I have been doing a lot to self manage stress...To a point where I questioned why I am not overly stressed. Awesome to be part of the training. Happy that I am content with the point where I am in life.
