The only issues were technical, but Sarah was good at dealing with them.

I thought it was a great start. Sarah in excellent and really made it feel much more manageable and helped bring some perspective and calm to something that could easily have felt very overwhelming.

The Induction was informative and it was nice to meet our Tutor and other people doing the course. There seemed to be some confusion over the presence of our Line Managers so this element didn't really work well with them present for some unnecessary aspects and having to dip in and out.

On zoom, so no venue sadly (as I know your offices in London are amazing!) Would have been 5 star is no confusion over when line managers should attend

Good first session, lot's of information but clearly presented.

I thought it was a great introduction to the course. Michael facilitated really well times of introductions and initial activities in breakout rooms, whole group conversations and the dissemination of information. We were asked for line managers to attend, which I think there may have been some confusion over as this wasn't introduced or discussed with the line managers in attendance, until one of them mentioned it. My own LM couldn't attend as had a prior engagement, but I was pleased as felt either a shorter separate call or time with me passing on information would be a more effective use of his time.

I feel that the course is well-paced and that there are lots of opportunities to interact and engage with others on the course and also a variety of people. Sometimes I don't get on well with people and if you get to be put together with the same people all the time, I am unable to develop or grow in that setting and I feel frustrated with this, but it was good today, as we changed groups all the time. It made me feel inspired to contribute and engage.

As this is the first day of the training, I feel this is the type of course I would like to be on, the facilitators. are knowledgably and inspiring.

I think it's a bit early to answer some of the above, for example, only being one day in, it's hard to gauge how much I'd recommend Happy going forward. Overall the course was presented well, Maureen has an energy to keep you engaged, so I am feeling positive. I liked the breakouts, but would like a little more group engagement also - where some of the activities are either in larger groups or speaking together in a 2-way dialogue in the main group, about a particular subject or just sharing thoughts and experiences more widely.
