As the second day of the course it felt like the group were feeding off each other better. The advice and practice around coaching was helpful and the three-way coaching, coachee, observer worked well, with constructive feedback.

Useful and thought provoking course

Good course

A bit fast paced day. Needed more time to dive deep in few of the topics.

Sometimes lacked the context of ‘leaders’ as opposed to ‘managers’. Some is only partially applicable but perhaps I need more explanation on how it it would be applicable to me.

Thanks again Cathy, fantastic day with great information that will help support me & my colleagues.

The room can get a bit stuffy in PM. Would prefer to start earlier and finish earlier.
