Brilliant course, I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their leadership.
Really enjoyed today. Lots of skills. I will take forward skills such as looking for strengths in the team and delegating parts of my role to team members that have the skill. I will improve the way I delegate, increase the praise I give and get my team to do a strength finder so I can talent match.
