ACI materials could have included more visuals and more hands-on exercises. Instructor supplemented these materials with his own, which was very helpful. Instructor was very engaging and knowledgeable in a variety of industries and settings.

Kathleen was one of the best instructors I've ever experienced in a training. She was articulate, kept a good pace and was personable and knowledgeable.
