Course was very helpful and worth the time spent traveling and away from work. The instructor was very personable and engaging.
Overall, this was a great training. Hernan did a great job of keeping our attention. There were a few times that it seemed to take a while to get back on track after break. But overall this was a great experience.

The class was informative and helped build on what I have learned so far. The sandwiches in a box we’re alright, but the lemon chicken and rice was far more enjoyable.
Great program i will definitely recommend
Class was engaging and there were a lot of group interaction. I really enjoyed this as we got to know more about best audit practices. The instructor offered sample audit questions to assist in our audit programs which would be nice to have. I have emailed the instructor for the audit aids she offered but I have not received them yet.

Kathleen Crawford was a fantastic instructor. She was very punctual, passionate on the subject matter, and well spoken. She balanced our time appropriately between conversation and lecture. There was a lot of content to digest in three days but the supplemental information (book, worksheets, and Box electronic files) is helpful reference material. I also appreciated meeting and spent time together outside of the class with the other attendees. Thank you for a great experience!
