Excellent trainer who was professional, pleasant and made everyone feel at ease. The content was thorough and tailored to our market of very young children. Paul also took time to answer questions and support with our setting's medical operations.

Tony was really clear and confident in delivering the material and demonstrating the techniques. In a small group it gave we went over all the processes and practised all the techniques and various scenarios. I feel very confident to use first aid in the real world now.
