Interesting course. Shame about no onsite parking.
Response: Agreed. Thank you Gemma, unfortunately this was not our normal training venue as our training room had some maintenance. Your feedback is important was we wont be using this venue again now due to the situation with parking.

Interesting information - more interactive tasks at the end session to keep me more alert would be appreciated. However, it was a really helpful session!
It was very informative and he really delivered the course very well. It was on a sunny Saturday and we all had a good time together and at the same time refreshing our first aid skills. Thank you

Along with some appropriate real life experiences of first Aid, and humour Eddie delivered the course in a professional and efficient way. For a course that has sometimes been (for me in the past) 'word' heavy, he made it relevant, precise and to the point. He also, brought it back on track when the discussions became less connected - a real skill!
