Very good training, lots of examples to help us remember the information. Very knowledgeable and friendly, felt I could ask any questions and always answered clearly and made sure you understood.

The course covered all the subjects and the trainer was precise but informal in his approach which made for easy listening. A thoroughly enjoyable day , many thanks .

The venue was not clearly sign posted and I found it hard to get to the classroom as there was not many people on site to ask.
