I have enjoyed the course very much. Thank you. I feel more confident in dealing with the basics of first aid as well as administering CPR to adults and children (primary assessment, recovery position, head and chin, secondary assessment and also sample survey). Also, the introduction on types of illnesses and the signs and symptoms to look for that it covered would most certainly help in understanding how treatment should be applied as well as having a better knowledge on how records of accidents and illnesses should be dealt with.
Very comprehensive and informative presentation. I liked the presenter's style and had an enjoyable day.
