No aircon in venue so made it too hot to concentrate properly

Very confident and knowledgeable trainer. She made the content accessible and put us at ease with feeling able to deliver first aid. She emphasised the importance of doing our best and having a try, and made me feel more confident and able to trust my skills and training. Lots of hands on practical learning as well as applying knowledge into real life examples - eg learning SAMPLE through the context of a child being ill. Very engaging session.

The trainer Kyrie, was fantastic, fun and very informative.
