Jen was absolutely fantastic made training fun and enjoyable she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns we had relating to our setting would definitely recommend

I have learnt lots of new skills and had great refreshers of things I have previously been taught. Jen was very clear with everything she explained and gave clear demonstrations. She was fun and enthusiastic with her learning which was brilliant because her quirkiness helps everything to stick in my brain! Amazing!! Thank you
