I learnt a lot of things that I had never heard of. They explained it very well and I loved trying CPR and techniques for when someone is choking
Very interesting and changes since last course explained. Practical parts were good as reinforced that we got it right.
Overall very impressed with the course, our trainer was very good and had a vast knowledge of first aid which is important. Only critique is perhaps have handout booklets to provide for setting
