Response : Everyone must train the full 12 hours/Blended learning every three years as stipulated by HSE/EYFS/OFSTED. As such there is no such thing as a shorted refresher training.

Only comment is it was a little difficult at times to understand Danny, the acoustics in the hall are not good so this didn't help.

Brendan was the best teacher I have had for first aid, he gave us all the information and practise we needed in fun clear way and I didn’t feel tired in the afternoon as he kept us moving I know others felt the same he’s an asset to your team

Andy was great! It was nice to hear some of his own experiences and opinions on some things. This was my 7th first aid course and I did learn something new! Look forward to seeing him again in 3 years time.
