Derek was a very good trainer and I really enjoyed my two saturdays learning first aid and feel confident using first aid if required to help someone that needs it

This particular first aid course was very helpful and I learnt a lot throughout this course and it was defiantly one to complete etc. However also this first aid course was a lot better then what I was thinking and the trainer was very kind friendly and good at explaining the topics etc
