Informative course - trainer was approachable and knowledgable.

The course trainer, Danny was fab. Slides were informative, but would've benefitted from more physical activities and maybe hand outs. We understand this was adapted to meet COVID restrictions.

Outstanding delivery of the course. Thorough explanation of physiology behind the actions and this helped to totally understand what would the First Aider would need to do. I am much better equipped following this course than from previous ones. Highly engaging throughout the day.

Eddie was fantastic and made the course interesting, easy to understand and even during the current COVID-19 pandemic made us all feel safe whilst carrying out the training. I had done this course 3 or so years ago and although the previous instructor was good Eddie managed to keep everyone's attention throughout the day.

This was a brilliant course , delivered really well, not boring and Brendan was fab so didn’t drift off half way through, was great to do the practicals rather than watching a power point etc ..... have already recommended this course to a few friends and family
