Kyrie delivered a thorough and informative session today. She kept things light whilst making sure that we left with a secure understanding. The time went very quickly and I feel well equipped to deal with situations that may require First Aid.

Kyrie gave us a practical guide to what we can do as a first aider. It was excellent to have this reminder especially with the defibrillator, the dummies and Epipens. She had so many real life experiences where her knowledge came in handy and was a delight all day. Thank you

Stephen was very friendly and spoke very clearly and explained each step very well as we went along and I now feel much more confident in first aid.
