Room was too hot but it’s been very warm so that might be why. Great refresher and update on new ways of doing things. Trainer was Andy but no option to select him above

Andy is a great tutor. He has a vast knowledge which he gets across in a way which is easy to understand. He has some terrible jokes but that’s a good thing.

A very comprehensive introduction to first aid, with a good mix of theoretical content and practical activities, and lots of useful interaction between trainer and participants.

Very good course with lots of information. I feel more confident to deal with first aid issues that may arise in college. Thank you
