4.9 (873 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, confidence-building delivery is the course’s clearest strength: attendees describe knowledgeable, friendly trainers who explain the reasoning clearly, answer questions thoroughly and keep sessions relaxed, humorous and engaging. They value the balance of theory, demonstrations, role play and hands-on practice, including realistic scenarios, and find the content easy to follow and relevant to work. The learning leaves them better prepared to act in first-aid situations.

Our trainer was called Derek, not Andy. Derek was extremely quirky and funny! He made what I thought would be a boring day, an exciting one! He covered a lot of ground for a one day course, including little bits and pieces that weren't in the course but handy to know. He also included personal stories that related to the course as well. He made little jokes about calling my unborn child Derek or Dereka depending on the gender as well. I can't say enough nice words about him! Great course!
