First time on First Aid - Eddie very knowledgeable and made course content interesting and easy to understand.
Absolutely fantastic day - Eddie was brilliant. Engaging and very respectful. The day was also a covid safe environment and we all felt comfortable and relaxed.
Jen was very informative and made sure that everyone understood everything she was teaching, she made sure that we all had the time to learn properly and that can be difficult in a group setting. she was lovely as well and really enjoyed the training session.
