Andy was detailed and covered the essentials for FAW in a simple and at time humourous way. Which is good as listening to people can make you sleep if there is no fun aspect.

Venue room absolutely fine did have difficulties getting in and out of the building itself though as the signposting wasn't great. Instructors are both brilliant and informative.
Very well dilevered course. Adapted and tailored to participants needs. Checked that the content delivered was understood. Very informative.
