Really great and informative two days
There was a mix up with the email I was sent, so i was unaware the course was 2 days. But this was a simple admin error and I just rearranged my schedule. Kay was a fantastic facilitator and the course was not only useful buy really enjoyable too.
Really enjoyable and informative couple of days. Learnt a lot about the delivery of training which will be a huge advantage moving forward
We were late for lunch so not a lot left for us, but otherwise really nice environment

Kay is an excellent trainer in every sense of the word. thank you so much! the venue and catering was also great. I had limited interaction with the staff but everyone I did meet was lovely. your lifts are a bit rubbish tho
