Great first day of the course. Many opportunities to discuss topics with different people.

Fantastic start to the leadership course. Everything is explained in a way to ensure that you as a group and an individual understand it. Nikki and Sarah were both great trainers and made sure the learning pace worked for everyone. The attention to detail is excellent and there are no stupid questions!

I came here last month to try the taster session for this course, and was thoroughly impressed. Today I was especially impressed by the readiness everyone was to speak and get fully involved, it really affects how well this course will go. I'm glad that day one has already met my expectations and I am looking forward to day two.

The trainers were good at picking and choosing relevant course material if we were pressed for time. So even if they felt rushed we didn't feel rushed and still got a lot of information and practice from it. I've really enjoyed the Happy training and am sad it's done. It was a useful reflection and learning time with space for everyone's examples. Ice cream in the afternoon a great idea.

I highly rate the entire course and will be implement nearly everything I learnt. I hope this will improve moral and allow my team to work to their strengths and be successful. Thanks benet for a great course.
