I have learnt more on this course then I thought I would. I was slightly sceptical but my barriers were lowered as my eyes were opened. I think very differently about my approach and also my own place and contribution in the organisation. I think the scores from my team were very positive and show that we are moving in the right direction and improving the overall work culture of the organisation.

This course has done SO MUCH for me. I have grown personally and professionally in the last 6 months and this course has been a huge contributing factor in that. I have made some really lovely contacts and I have valued every bit of the content. There was not a single piece of the course which I found irrelevant. It was engaging and superb in every way. I loved this course even more the second time, as I said i think it could be really useful to build a supporting coaching/success group to follow on from the class. Actually taking it twice meant i was more successful at implementing the ideas.
