It was great I learnt a lot about how I work and how others work and to be able to create a much more efficient workflow and I'm using what I've learnt in my studies for NEBOSH Fire Safety certificate which has also helped me enormously.
Very well organised; clear, concise and relatable explanations tied to real life examples
Great course and really well delivered. My only suggestion would be that the 2 days of the training should be closer together as we had a months gap and that was long enough to forget some of the learnings.
I have learnt a lot which I will implement in my future projects

Good tools to take away from the day. Rachael really listened to all of the group's individual situations and needs from the day, and encouraged lots of discussions.

Our training was excellent. I'm usually pretty dubious about this kind of group learning but Mike was great. We used genuine live business problems which was a great approach and Mike was able to add tangible value to our conversations as he came round to our groups during team work. A really brilliant day - highly recommended.
