The facilitator had to make do with the time that the trust gave for the training trying to condense a full day course into half day and she did it well, however ELFT should left the full day courses be full day

An extra big up for Maureen, amazing trainer. Extremely entertaining, engaging, she has a real knack of making sure everyone gets an input, is a fantastic listener and made everyone feel comfortable, listened to and encouraged them to be more mindful of themselves and others in a positive way.
